Commitment

This learning programme expects you to commit around 4-5 hours per week. It is on your schedule with the exception of the live workshops - these are interactive and therefore not available on demand.

What we’ll cover

Each week there will be self-paced learning and activities, followed by a workshop to work through concepts and apply methods with your peers.

Week 1
What makes your Learning Experience unique?

We set the scene by exploring what your learning model & value proposition is and how it is positioned in the big field of EdTech.
Get clear about your goals, define your pedagogical differentiators and meet your peers.

Week 2
Get to know your Learners

  • Analyze the unique characteristics of your learners

  • Prioritize your main learning audience

  • Build or improve your learning model intentionally

    Methods: Learning Model, Interview Kit, Jobs-to-be-done, 5 Whys

Week 3
Design for your Learners

  • Map the journey of your learning experience

  • Foster high-quality interactions

  • Identify assessment strategy

  • Build feedback systems to continuously get evidences nourishing your learner journey

    Methods: LX Journey Mapping, Feedback Loops, Interactions Types

Week 4
Think in and out of content

  • Craft prompts to accelerate and improve your learning experience design

  • Craft prompts to create multimedia content quickly and efficiently

  • Build & Automate Quality Assurance Processes

  • Design your Interactions right

    Methods: Prompting, Storyboarding & Scripting with AI, QA Checklists & QA Workflows

Week 5
Test, Deploy, Replicate, Adapt

  • Understand the power of continuous learner discovery

  • Build simple testing protocols to test your assumptions quickly

  • Build learning design systems to think modular

  • Adapt quickly your content with AI

    Methods: Learning Test Protocol, Learning Design System.

Week 6
Evaluate what matters

  • Identify the success metrics relevant for your learning experience

  • Establish ambitious objectives towards real-life impact

  • Make your impact visible

    Methods: Impact measurement protocol, Impact report, North Star & Success metrics

We’ll finish by bringing it all together with a mini capstone: a 5-minute lightning reflection from each participant and takeaways to share with the group!

Marion Trigodet

Marion is a Learning Design & Learning Product Expert. She builds learning experiences with product & startup leaders.

At OpenClassrooms, she led a team of 10 highly talented learning designers to build the online courses catalog (+600 free courses followed by +14 000 learners of 190 nationalities).
